Introduction of Anodic Oxidation Surface Treatment Production Line

Huanic Co., Ltd. Huanic Fengjing Surface Treatment Branch, has an annual production capacity of 40,000 square meters. With years of experience in technology research and development and processing, it has provided hundreds of millions of parts processing services to domestic and foreign customers. Because of the advanced surface treatment technology, high stability of finished products and high quality service, it has been recognized by customers for many years.

Anodic Oxidation Production Line
Anodic oxidation is the formation of oxide films on the surface of metal or alloy parts by electrolysis. Metal oxide films change the surface state and properties, such as surface coloring, improving corrosion resistance, enhancing wear resistance and hardness, and protecting metal surface etc.

Anodized sample
For example, aluminium anodization, aluminum and its alloys are placed in corresponding electrolytes (such as sulphuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as anodes, and electrolysed under specific conditions and under the action of applied current. The aluminum of the anode or its alloy is oxidized, and a thin layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface, and the thickness thereof is 5 to 30 μm, and the hard anodized film is 25 to 150 μm. The hardness and wear resistance of anodized aluminium or its alloys are improved, reaching 250-500 kg/ mm², with good heat resistance, melting point of hard anodic oxide film reaching 2320K, excellent insulation, breakdown voltage reaching 2000V, which enhances the corrosion resistance and does not corrode for thousands of hours in ω=0.03NaCl salt fog。There are a large number of micro-holes in the oxide film, which can absorb various lubricants. It is suitable for making engine cylinders or other wear-resistant parts. The film has strong adsorption capacity and can be colored into various beautiful colors. Nonferrous metals or their alloys (such as aluminium, magnesium and their alloys) can be anodized. This method is widely used in mechanical parts, aircraft and automobile parts, precision instruments and radio equipment, daily necessities and architectural decoration.etc.
